Baked Brussels Sprouts Recipe
One quick and easy side dish that I like to make for our GAPS Diet is Brussels Sprouts. Baked Brussels Sprouts are easy and very delicious (despite what you've been raised to believe).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and half your Brussels Sprouts.
Place them in a plastic bag.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a small dish.
Add olive oil to the bag of Brussels Sprouts, mix around until all of them are lightly covered.
Sprinkle in the dry ingredients into the bag and then shake them around until everything is evenly coated inside.
Place them on your baking sheet, all faced one way.
About half-way through the baking process, turn your Brussels sprouts over to cook on the other side.
