- Eggs - one egg per muffin cup
- Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. You can put a little oil or butter around the muffin tin to prevent sticking. Fill cups with your favorite ingredients. Pour in scrambled egg mixture, fill about 3/4 of the muffin cup. Bake for 17 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy.
You can bake them ahead of time and keep them in the fridge for busy weekday mornings.
