Favorite seasonings for meat to taste
(sea salt, ground pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano)
Spinach leaves, torn up
Green lentils, prepared
White navy beans. prepared
Monterey jack cheese, grated
Warm up lentils and white navy beans. You can do in one pan or two separate pans.
Tear up spinach leaves (or other green leaf or lettuce)
Dice tomatoes. (you can dice onions and other GAPS veggies you might like too).
Make bowl. Add lettuce, beans, meat, cheese, spinach, tomatoes to your bowl.
