I called Zazzle on the phone and got a representative by the name of Dino. Dino was not a pleasant guy (an understatement). Dino talked me in circles and never resolved my question. He made me more frustrated and had me wondering if I should be selling for Zazzle at all! Dino told me that "my payment was in fact sent to Paypal and that I could call back and that's the only answer I was going to get." Frustrated beyond belief I asked Dino for his supervisor. Dino put me on hold....never to return. I waited for what felt like a lifetime, he never returned.
I called Paypal and asked them about the money, they of course, had no record of the payment or they would have sent it to me. Back to Square #1 - where is my money?
Where was my Zazzle money if Paypal didn't have it?
I called Zazzle back, asked for a supervisor right away, I didn't even want to talk to another customer service rep. Dino made himself clear that they were only going to tell me the same thing and that wasn't going to be good enough for me. I was immediately given a supervisor at Zazzle named Tamara. Tamara was a very helpful woman because she could tell by the tone in my voice that I was already very upset with how I was being given the run around. Wanting to help, Tamara took my information and investigated my situation. |
I was happy that my money was found but still disappointed that I had been put through so much hassle. Tamara did feel bad, I could tell she did but her hands were tied. I think if she could have given me my payment right there, she would have. She spent three days figuring out where my money was and I appreciated that.
Fast forward about 2.5 weeks....

It was A CREDIT! It was a gift certificate for $150! WOW! That was a pleasant, unexpected surprise and I'm not sure when it happened!
I planned on blogging about the whole incident when I received my money on the 15th of April.... because that's what I do. I'm very happy that they resolved the issue before the next pay period even if they didn't pay me on time.
